Edward McCorkell
Retired Military, Real Estate agent and Mortgage Loan Originator, father to Aiden, husband to the most beautiful woman, Samantha. Least known fact about myself is… puppies adore me! I was born and raised in Canada but had the desire to join the military after 9/11. Shortly after, I dropped my Canadian citizenship and enlisted in USAF. I proudly served 20 years in the military, 16 of those years as Joint Terminal Attack Controller. During this time, I had the pleasure of attending Ranger School and had multiple combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. I pride myself on personal discipline, hard work, and honesty. I love hitting the gym, getting subpar tattoos, reading, golfing, and spending time with my family. I work hard and crave knowledge.
Buying a home is one of the biggest financial decisions and investments a person can make for themself. As both a relator and a loan originator, I’m here to help find you that perfect home and loan tailored to your specific financial needs. Transparency is my biggest asset; I want my clients to know and understand the process from start to finish. Being prior military, I understand the stressors of military career, and most certainly understand the additional stress a PCS has on a family. My goal is to reassure to my clients that they are in reliable and experienced hands. I will put their best interest at heart. I am here to guarantee that they will be set-up for success as they enter a new and exciting chapter of life.

Brandon Karns
Being born in Maryland and moving to Colorado when I was 4, I consider myself a native. I got here as quickly as I could, and Colorado will always be home. I started in Mortgage lending when I was 16 years old and fell in love with the crazy world of mortgages and real estate, made it my career, became an expert in my field, and am responsible for somewhere around a billion dollars in funded mortgage loans in my tenure.
I prioritize personal development and self-growth. I walk with and value: integrity, honor, vulnerability, loyalty, compassion, clear communication, and try my absolute best to love my neighbor as myself and treat everyone with the same dignity and respect everyone deserves to be treated with. A stranger is just a friend I haven’t met yet!
I love to enjoy the many activities that our great state has to offer, such as skiing, camping, fishing, shooting, off-roading, and exploring this beautiful place! I love dogs and have two of my own that I enjoy taking to the dog park and bringing them with me to explore Colorado.
Thank you for trusting me with your Real Estate, Mortgage, and Life Insurance needs! Cheers!
