Sean and the Warner Group excelled in every aspect of enabling my family and I to find and purchase a home. After receiving less than 3 months’ notice for transfer, we had gone through 4 realtors that gave us very little support and wouldn't even schedule our time when we would travel out to view homes in Colorado. Anyone who has ever taken the trek to buy a new home has heard comments about the quality of former home buyer’s realtors.“Need a good realtor because I know one?”“I can recommend a great realtor!”“My realtor was the best!”Bottom line, unless the person is about to recommend Sean or Bobbi Kae Warner, I suggest their recommendations are suspect.When my wife and I started our home buying journey, such was the case for us. We received many unsolicited recommendations, but we’d already asked trusted family members in the Colorado Springs area early on who we should go with. Without hesitation, they recommended The Warner Group.Going with Sean was the wisest choice we could have made. Sean and his amazing bride, Bobbi, started working with us months before we would put in any offers. They educated us and gave us confidence that—despite the dumpster fire of a housing market that awaited us here (my words, not theirs)—they would succeed in finding us a home. And they did.Even as we were finishing a tour of military duty overseas, Sean and Bobbi were showing us homes via video call. Even as we were moving our lives halfway around the world, they were putting in offers for us. When we finally occupied the same geographical space and could really start sinking our teeth into seeing homes, they never broke a sweat no matter how many listings we sent their way (I think we had 17 lined up at one point…).And then we got in under contract (on the 11th offer), just like they said we would. The Warner Group, Sean specifically and everyone we have interacted with made our move so easy. Since we are a military family we had to search and purchase our home without ever traveling to Colorado Springs prior to our move. As such, Sean facilitated the entire purchase process remotely from video provided viewings and a virtual walk throughs of homes to conference calls to prepare for financing and final signing - and I could not have asked for a smoother process.
