Robert was the best realtor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. While I was out of the US for work I was able to find a house, and have a walkthrough of the house over video. My wife and I were able to make the offer on the house with ease. The house needed repairs to be able to pass a VA inspection. After our offer was accepted, Robert went down to the property multiple times to repair the issues himself while sending us pictures and updates with how things were going. He painted the deck, trim and outdoor moldings. Repaired leaky fixtures and exposed wiring. As well as replaced the entire laundry room floor to help the house pass VA inspection. There are a lot of realtors out there, yet none compare to the work and dedication Rob and the Warner Group put in, to help the home buying process easy. Anyone who has ever taken the trek to buy a new home has heard comments about the quality of former home buyer’s realtors.

“Need a good realtor because I know one?”

“I can recommend a great realtor!”

“My realtor was the best!”

Bottom line, unless the person is about to recommend Sean or Bobbi Kae Warner, I suggest their recommendations are suspect.

When my wife and I started our home buying journey, such was the case for us. We received many unsolicited recommendations, but we’d already asked trusted family members in the Colorado Springs area early on who we should go with. Without hesitation, they recommended The Warner Group.

Going with Sean was the wisest choice we could have made. Sean and his amazing bride, Bobbi, started working with us months before we would put in any offers. They educated us and gave us confidence that—despite the dumpster fire of a housing market that awaited us here (my words, not theirs)—they would succeed in finding us a home. And they did.

Even as we were finishing a tour of military duty overseas, Sean and Bobbi were showing us homes via video call. Even as we were moving our lives halfway around the world, they were putting in offers for us. When we finally occupied the same geographical space and could really start sinking our teeth into seeing homes, they never broke a sweat no matter how many listings we sent their way (I think we had 17 lined up at one point…).

And then we got in under contract (on the 11th offer), just like they said we would. And even as funny business ensued with the seller’s realtor, Sean and Bobbi took care of us, fought for us, and encouraged us. And when the closing was delayed, and our hotel situation took a turn for the worse, and we found ourselves homeless, they found us a temporary place to stay; an oasis that gave us peace in the face of our first home purchase; a home purchase that just so happened to NOT go by-the-book.

My wife and I now have a home to raise our son, and it’s thanks to the hard work and diligence of Sean and Bobbi Kae Warner. They went far and above any preconceived (or conceived) notions I had for any realtor.

If you’re looking for a good realtor, I know a couple of great ones. They are—in fact—the best!
