Sean Warner is a caring, thoughtful and thorough realtor. I sell new construction homes and have never worked with such an attentive realtor. He was in constant communication and out there taking photos throughout the whole 6 month process. I highly recommend using Sean as your realtor!!

My husband and I were referred to Sean through a friend and we could not have made a better choice. He helped us find our new home, and he was so patient with us finding it. We are fairly picky when it comes to the place our children will be growing up in, and he was very accommodating to that. He helped us find an amazing neighborhood with an amazing house. I had Sean Warner as a realtor for both the buying of a home and the selling of my loft. Worked with Sean for buying a house for almost a year. Never felt rushed into anything and he was pretty much available 24/7 to answer any questions I had along the way. Sean also provided outstanding advice on where to go for home inspectors and getting items I want fixed after the sale. His knowledge and connections in the community are unmatched. Sean is (by far) the best realtor that my wife and I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He is extremely knowledgeable of the real estate market as well as the buying and selling process and made us feel very comfortable in his capable hands. Sean and his team rock. From day one Sean was on top of every aspect of selling my home. I am located out of state and needed someone who not only would list my place but would be able to put me in touch with tradesman to do minor fixes based on the buyers request. The Warner Group, Sean specifically and everyone we have interacted with made our move so easy. Since we are a military family we had to search and purchase our home without ever traveling to Colorado Springs prior to our move. As such, Sean facilitated the entire purchase process remotely from video provided viewings and a virtual walk throughs of homes to conference calls to prepare for financing and final signing - and I could not have asked for a smoother process.

Sean made our home buying experience the best we've had. While some realtors try and sell you a house, Sean helped us find our home. His honesty during the process was wonderful. If a house was not up to his standard, he would recommend that we keep looking rather than try to give us a sales pitch. Will recommend him to all of my friends moving to the Colorado Springs area.

Sean was very professional and extremely helpful throughout the entire home-selling process. As an active duty member of the military, I had trouble making it to all of the appointments affiliated with the sell of the home, and Sean was always understanding and willing to attend meetings and contractor appointments, which was very helpful.
